Evan Lay
Evan Lay is a lawyer born and raised in BC. He initially completed a B.A. in History at Mount Allison University in New Brunswick before attending Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia and obtaining his JD.
Evan has focused predominately on litigation, taking part in numerous Courtroom advocacy and trial practice courses. In law school, he worked with the Dalhouse Legal Aid Society representing indigent clients in criminal defense, administrative law, and family law matters, appearing before the Nova Scotia Provincial Court, Nova Scotia Supreme Court, and administrative tribunals.
Following his return to B.C., Evan articled at Preszler Law and continues to work as an associate dealing predominately with personal injury litigation. He has appeared before the B.C. Supreme Court on numerous chambers applications and on numerous successful trials.
