About Us

Founded in 1959 by Robert Preszler, Preszler Injury Lawyers has a proud legacy of providing legal assistance and advice to injured accident survivors across the country. Despite its founder’s humble beginnings in small-town Ontario, the law firm of Preszler Injury Lawyers now serves injured clients from coast to coast. Handling claims in Ontario, Nova Scotia, and British Columbia, Preszler Injury Lawyers have a unified goal: to make accessing our legal services as simple, affordable, and beneficial as possible.

In British Columbia, our team of personal injury lawyers have experience helping clients navigate ICBC claims, denied claims for long-term disability insurance, premises liability cases, and a wide variety of other personal injury matters.

At Preszler Injury Lawyers, we prioritize effective, straightforward communication with each of our clients. As a firm, we do our best to ensure that our lawyers, paralegals, and support staff can offer every single one of our clients the personal attention they deserve. We always try to have someone available to take your calls– day or night, on weekends and on holidays– so that your legal needs can be met on your schedule. We can even arrange to visit our clients’ homes, businesses, hospitals, long-term care facilities, or other locations of their choosing in order to provide the most personalized services we can.

Each member of our team of personal injury lawyers is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of injured community members. Our main goal is to help the people we represent recover the compensation they require to return to normal after having their lives disrupted by traumatic experiences.

Our reputation as both a firm and as individual lawyers was built on the foundation of the ethical legal services we have provided to our clients. At Preszler Injury Lawyers, we make a firm commitment to the community members who have placed their trust in us. We treat each of our clients with the utmost respect, and hold ourselves to the highest moral and professional standards.

By taking advantage of a cost-free initial consultation with our firm, you are under no obligation to continue working with Preszler Injury Lawyers. If you are eligible to pursue a claim and choose to hire us, you will not be required to pay anything unless we win your case. That is because Preszler Injury Lawyers work on a contingency-fee basis. Our fees are derived from a percentage of your total settlement amount; in British Columbia, this percentage amount is regulated by the Law Society. If your case does not end up settling, you will not owe us a cent.

For more than six decades, Preszler Injury Lawyers have helped countless accident victims and their families recover the compensation they are rightfully owed. Given our lawyers’ combined decades’ worth of experience, we are confident assessing our clients’ total damages to date and evaluating what the future costs stemming from their injuries will be. By doing so for each of our clients, we strive to fight for the maximum amount of damages to which they should be entitled.

Positive, healthy, communicative relationships with our clients are at the core of our business model. As a firm, Preszler Injury Lawyers differentiates itself from others by taking a client-centered approach to our cases, by anchoring our practice in honesty and straightforwardness, and by treating our clients with consideration and compassion.

Finding the right lawyer to handle your case can be a challenge. Simple mistakes and miscommunications can wind up costing injured accident survivors hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation. That is why it is critical to be able to trust the law firm you hire to represent your best interests and fight on your behalf.
