A litigator with 35+ years of experience, Ron Davidson has appeared in serious legal matters ranging from complex personal injury suits to high-stakes criminal prosecutions. At Preszler Injury Lawyers, which he joined in December 2023, Ron represents clients in motor vehicle accidents, institutional abuse cases, slip and falls, assault claims, and negligence claims involving waivers. He has conducted jury and judge-alone proceedings over the course of his career, which blends criminal and civil trial work.

Ron graduated from Queen’s Law in 1982, spent 27 years as a Crown prosecutor, and then spent more than ten years in civil litigation. For the past seven years, his practice has been plaintiff-only, a choice that reflects his view that each client’s path to recovery is personal and deserves a strategy built around their unique losses and goals.

Committed to lifelong learning, Ron has recently presented at CLE programs on successful examinations of opposing witnesses and effective remote-hearing advocacy. Beyond the courtroom, he’s a 1980 Lake Placid Olympian for hockey, and a devoted family man who enjoys time with his wife and four children.
