Rajwant (Reagan) Singh Bamel built his career in the plaintiff bar prior to joining Preszler Injury Lawyers as counsel in September 2025. He began by articling at a boutique personal injury firm in Toronto, stayed on as an associate, and ultimately became a partner, developing a practice centred on individualized litigation strategies and strong outcomes for injured clients.
Reagan completed his Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) in 2014, followed by an LL.M. at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018, where he volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and Legal Aid Ontario to promote access to justice. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. Over the years, he has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and before multiple administrative tribunals, building a record of reasoned, well-argued advocacy.
At Preszler, his work concentrates on motor vehicle accident claims, slip and fall claims, occupiers’ liability cases, disability benefit disputes, and sexual abuse/institutional abuse claims. Respected for his trustworthy judgment, Reagan is also an active member of the York Region community and served on the Board of Directors of Addiction Services Central Ontario.
