Michael Gemmiti

Originally from Ontario, Michael earned his law degree from Western University and has practiced in Western Canada ever since.

He has a diverse legal background and has experience litigating in areas such as estate litigation, real estate litigation and tax litigation. He has successfully conducted trials in the BC Supreme Court, BC Provincial Court, and the Tax Court of Canada.

He spent several years practising insurance defence in Vancouver and witnessed first-hand how insurance companies resolve claims. He now practices exclusively for the benefit of individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others.

Outside of the office, Michael is kept busy by his young family and taking his dogs for walks.
