Justin Kimball is the managing partner of Preszler Injury Lawyers in Nova Scotia. He is originally from Loch Katrine, Nova Scotia. He handles complex motor vehicle, slip and fall and LTD claims for our eastern Canadian clients.

He was called to the bar in Nova Scotia in 1996 and has extensive experience as a negotiator and advocate before various courts and tribunals, including the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, the Small Claims Court and the Provincial Court.
