A seasoned trial lawyer, Jack Parsekhian has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He regularly advances accident benefits disputes at the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Called in Ontario in 2002, Jack brings deep courtroom and tribunal experience to complex personal injury matters.

His practice focuses on representing the seriously injured, a commitment he has maintained for the past decade. Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years on the defence side for insurers and defendants–experience that now helps him anticipate strategy and pressure points when he acts for plaintiffs. Over the course of his positions with several of Toronto’s top personal injury litigation firms, Jack has handled motor vehicle accident claims, SABs disputes, insurance disagreements, and general negligence cases.
