David Preszler has been working with his father Robert P. Preszler (founder of Preszler Injury Lawyers) since he was a teenager. During this time, he developed a strong passion for personal injury law and decided to embark upon a career as a personal injury lawyer. After being called to the BAR in Ontario and then later in British Columbia and Nova Scotia – David provides strategic management and guidance to the firm.
Not only focused on obtaining results for his clients, he is a compassionate lawyer who is dedicated to working on complex personal injury and civil litigation matters for those who have been wronged.
David has had numerous reported decisions on catastrophic injury claims and is considered a thought leader in the field of personal injury. David restricts his practice to only the most serious accident and disability claims and has developed a reputation amongst his peers and clients for championing the rights of the seriously injured.
During his spare time – David enjoys spending time with his wife and children and also loves to play golf. He provides a great deal of mentorship to new lawyers at Preszler Injury Lawyers where his peers relish the amount of experience he brings to the table.
