Anthony Moniuszko
Anthony is a litigation lawyer at Preszler Law Firm, proudly representing injured plaintiffs and survivors of sexual violence throughout the province of British Columbia.
Anthony is passionate about law and justice. He studied business law at Carleton University in Ottawa before obtaining his master’s degree from the University of Toronto’s prestigious Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. He later obtained his law degree from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law in Nova Scotia, where he spent his final semester advocating for single mothers, unhoused people, and disadvantaged youth at Dalhousie’s Legal Aid Service. After graduating from law school, Anthony joined Preszler Law Firm as an articling student before becoming a lawyer in the province of British Columbia, where he continues to stand up for people in crisis at times when they need it the most.
Anthony is an important part of Preszler Law Firm’s litigation team, appearing regularly in the Supreme Court of British Columbia to represent his clients. He is a passionate, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented advocate who understands the feelings of frustration and helplessness that many people experience when seeking justice in a complex and often unforgiving legal system. His legal practice is dedicated to giving a voice to vulnerable individuals and empowering them to hold powerful institutions accountable for their wrongdoings through civil litigation.
