Abiodun Adekunle Fatokun

Abiodun (“Abi”) Adekunle Fatokun brings a cross-jurisdictional lens to personal injury litigation. Trained in England and called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017, she joined Preszler Injury Lawyers in 2023. Since then, her work has centred on sexual assault and product-related injury files, as well as motor vehicle accident cases. Abi was called to the bar in Ontario in 2025 and draws on experience from both public-sector and private-practice roles. Her background in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and court administration allows her to navigate procedure efficiently while keeping advocacy front and centre.

Abi’s academic path began with a foundation in Business, Law and Social Sciences at Sheffield International College and continued with an LL.B. (Hons.) from Nottingham Trent University, where she was recognized as a student champion.

Away from her practice, she prioritizes time with family, enjoys travel and cooking, supports charitable causes, and is often found curled up with a good book.
