Preszler Injury Lawyers Win at Trial Again

The Supreme Court of British Columbia recently published its decision in Ham v. Dhaliwal, 2022 BCSC 520. The court found our client 0% liable for the accident and the defendant 100% liable.  

The defendant backed out of his driveway into our client’s path of travel. ICBC argued that our client was partially at fault for speeding and not keeping a proper lookout. The Judge rejected all of ICBC’s arguments, leading to a 100% victory.
