In Grewal v Chandi, 2021 BCSC 1200, our client suffered chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain with arm numbness as a result of a rear-end accident that impacted her ability to work.

Counsel for ICBC argued that our client was not truthful and exaggerated her injuries. Unfortunately, this is a common tactic used by insurance companies.
