At Preszler Injury Lawyers, our administrative staff play critical roles in the daily operation of our firm. Our administrators provide clerical support to lawyers and staff, as well as current and prospective clients. 

Our personal injury law firm is always on the lookout for enthusiastic, organized, personable, and experienced office administrators to join our team. Office administrators help ensure a harmonious and efficient working environment for all staff members and help represent our firm’s core values to injured members of the community who seek out legal assistance from our personal injury lawyers. 

Candidates wishing to apply for administrative roles at Preszler Injury Lawyers should be comfortable handling a large volume of phone and email inquiries, be familiar with general administrative tasks and procedures, organize and oversee daily operations of all office functions including reception, correspondence, delivery coordination, maintenance requests, interoffice communication, filing, and other tasks as necessary. 

Office administrators are often the first people to interact with our clients. Therefore, candidates interested in the position should be confident and comfortable interacting with the public and creating a warm, welcoming environment for injured accident survivors who have lived through traumatic experiences.
