Originally trained on both sides of the courtroom, Filipe Santos now dedicates his practice to helping injured people navigate complex claims with confidence. After his call to the Ontario Bar in 2021, he represented plaintiffs and defendants in a range of disputes. This experience gave him a practical understanding of the strategies used in personal injury and insurance litigation.

His background now informs his plaintiff-only practice. Filipe works to secure timely, fair outcomes in motor vehicle accident claims, slip and fall claims, long-term disability benefit disputes, and more.

Filipe earned his B.A. from the University of Toronto and J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada in North York. Away from litigation, he is an avid musician and performer.
