Odette Daubermann
Personal Injury Lawyer
Trained on two continents, Odette Daubermann brings a cross-jurisdictional lens to personal injury litigation. After completing her LL.B. at the University of Pretoria in 2013 and being called to the South African bar in 2015, she developed broad experience in civil, insurance, and plaintiff litigation. She joined Preszler Injury Lawyers in 2019 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2024, increasingly concentrating on sexual assault and product liability files.
Odette’s litigation style is methodical and client-focused. She is known for empathy and diligence, but also for firm, results-driven advocacy when negotiations stall. Her balance between care for the person and rigour of the legal process has earned her a growing reputation in complex, high-stakes matters.
Away from practice, she spends time with family and enjoys travel.
