Mark A. Freeman has built his career with Preszler Injury Lawyers as a committed advocate for plaintiffs. Since being called to the Ontario Bar in 2004 after graduating from Queen’s University, Faculty of Law, he has focused exclusively on helping individuals navigate complex disputes with insurers and employers.

Mark’s experience spans motor vehicle collisions, slip and trip and falls, long-term disability disputes, medical malpractice claims, and wrongful dismissal matters. He has appeared many times before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario, bringing measured advocacy and thorough preparation to every file.
