MacGregor Malloy
Personal Injury Lawyer
Raised in Nova Scotia and based at Preszler’s Dartmouth office, MacGregor Malloy represents clients in Maritime personal injury claims. His path has deep Dalhousie roots: a B.A. (Honours) and M.A. in Philosophy at Dalhousie University, followed by a J.D. from Schulich School of Law. After articling at Preszler, MacGregor was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in June 2024 and joined the firm as an associate.
MacGregor’s practice is defined by meticulous preparation and a strategic mindset. Plaintiff-side work lets him bring together valuation, risk analysis, negotiation, and persuasive advocacy, supported by disciplined research and a determination to ensure every aspect of a claim is fully considered. He’s passionate about the fact that no two cases are the same and approaches each with the curiosity and focus that first drew him to the law.
Outside of the office, MacGregor spends time with family and friends over board and card games, explores cars and computers, and escapes to the countryside for hikes and lake swims.
