Courtney Jukes
Personal Injury Lawyer
Courtney Jukes understands how overwhelming the legal system can feel for people already dealing with injuries and uncertainty. Drawing on years of front-facing roles in customer service and account management, she brings a calm, detail-oriented approach to her work at Preszler Injury Lawyers. She makes sure clients feel informed, supported, and confident that their claim is being handled with care.
Originally from Toronto and raised in Collingwood, Courtney completed her Bachelor of Arts at Dalhousie University and chose to make Nova Scotia her home. After working as a flight attendant and advertising account executive, she turned toward advocacy and enrolled at the Schulich School of Law in 2018 to pursue her Juris Doctor. She is focused on helping people in vulnerable situations who may not fully understand their rights.
Courtney joined Preszler Injury Lawyers in 2021 as an articled clerk before moving into her role as an associate. She manages personal injury, motor vehicle accident, long-term disability, and slip and fall claims with careful preparation and clear communication, always aiming to make the process less intimidating and more accessible.
Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, photography, and time with her Pembroke Welsh corgi.
