Another Jury trial win

As of late, ICBC has been regularly choosing to put juries on trials.

ICBC generally chooses juries when they think the jury will award less than a judge.

Jury trials can be more difficult on injured people because the trials are longer and more expensive. It can also be more difficult to predict what a jury will award in comparison to a judge alone trial.

Our focus is always on fairness for our clients. If ICBC will not offer a fair settlement, we are prepared to take the case to trial, including when ICBC elects a jury.

Our managing partner, Christopher McDougall, won a jury trial this week on a difficult and complicated case. This is the second jury trial Preszler Law has won against ICBC in the last week.
