John is a lawyer with Preszler Law’s Ontario branch. Before joining Preszler Law, he represented large insurance companies on high exposure, complex claims involving motor vehicle accidents, falls, insurance benefits and property damage from water and fire.

John no longer represents insurance companies. He has instead transferred the skills he learned working for insurance companies into a thriving personal injury practice. He knows how insurance companies respond to lawsuits, and he uses this inside knowledge to effectively advocate for his clients and achieve the best result possible.

John is responsive to his clients’ needs and works to ensure the entire process is as seamless and easy as possible. John has successfully appeared at trial and other hearings at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
