Quinn is an associate lawyer with Preszler Injury Lawyers BC. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree (with distinction) in Geography, from the University of Victoria in 2009; his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Calgary in 2015; and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2016.
He was a Dean’s list student throughout his undergraduate degree and received several scholarships and awards including the President’s Scholarship in 2007 and 2008, the Rising Star Award in 2009, and the Alberta Law Foundation Entrance Scholarship in 2011. Quinn also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and Student Legal Assistance providing free legal
aid while completing law school.
Quinn joined Preszler to exclusively practice personal injury law. Prior to joining Preszler, his practice included personal injury law, family law, and general litigation. Quinn has successfully advocated for clients in the Supreme Courts of British Columbia on a variety of matters, and settled various disputes through negotiation. Although he generally settles most cases outside the courtroom, he isn’t afraid to go to trial when negotiating is not an option. Quinn is extremely dedicated and hard-working, and a relentless advocate for his clients.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Quinn worked a variety of jobs, including working as a ranch hand; a graduate marking assistant; a carpentry worker; a commercial fisherman; and a deckhand on private motor yachts in Southern Florida. When he isn’t working, he enjoys playing soccer, skiing, wake-surfing, sailing, and learning about new places and cultures. He has sailed most of the Caribbean, including Belize, Honduras, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Quinn’s local involvement includes volunteering as a Soccer Coach though the Killarney Youth
Soccer Association, and as TLC Volunteer at Mount Saint Joseph Hospital.
