Daniel Winks
For nearly a decade Daniel has acted exclusively for injured people in British Columbia. Throughout this time, Daniel has gained valuable insight and strategy unique to each client he has served. From negotiations, court hearings and trial, Daniel has successfully advanced the rights of each client he has represented.
Daniel grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba. From there, Daniel moved to Alberta where he worked in the oil and gas industry for over two years with a view to save enough money to attend the University of British Columbia (UBC).
Daniel graduated with first class standing at UBC’s faculty of Arts and went on to earn a Juris Doctor from UBC’s Faculty of Law.
When he is not battling on your behalf, Daniel enjoys the joy his children provide, hiking, camping and cheering for his beloved Vancouver Canucks.
